The Kiwibank Limited, based in Wellington, is the sixth-largest commercial bank in New Zealand.
It is managed by Kiwi Group Holdings Limited (67.4%) and Kiwi Capital Management Limited (32.6%) as an independent subsidiary of the New Zealand Post and is a state-owned enterprise.
The Kiwibank provides both financial and banking services with its many Post shops located throughout the country. It has 2500 employees and serves more than one million customers.
