Berliner Bank was established on 21st June 1950 in West Berlin by the mayor, Ernst Reuter with the aim of promoting the economic recovery of Berlin.

Since July 2010, Berliner Bank provides services to private and business customers as a subsidiary of Deutsche Bank, combining a personal approach with the experience of one of the largest financial groups in the world, and offering its customers the highest level of quality and service.
