Remote Assistant will work closely with a Key Account Executive in coordinating projects, communicating with stakeholders, analyzing their needs, and performing a variety of tasks to achieve customer satisfaction.
Ensuring that our partners are getting maximum attention and exposure; managing accounts and partners requests according to management guidance. Communicate with partners and relevant vendors if required. Reviewing partner needs and expectations and discussing account strategies. Learning about partner products and services, advising on solutions we can offer.
Assisting the Key Account Executive with personal requests and providing general day-to-day support.
- PA / Assistant experience is plus but not a must
- Discretion and understanding the importance of confidentiality
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with given instructions
- Strong decision making
