ABN AMRO Belgium

In 1937, Amsterdamsche Bank opened a branch in Antwerp specifically for working with the diamond industry, which was then renamed AMRO Bank in 1972.

Then, in 1984, the bank became known as ABN and only in 1991 received its real name ABN AMRO. The first branch of the bank in Brussels was opened in 1973.
